Virtual Assistant — Community & Operations

Help Tulia support beta users, organize feedback, manage simple community tasks, and keep the experience warm, safe, and intentional.
Responsibilities
- • Respond to basic user questions and beta feedback.
- • Help organize tester feedback into clear notes.
- • Support community safety by escalating reports or suspicious behavior.
- • Assist with simple content, FAQs, and user onboarding tasks.
- • Help coordinate Tulia Experiences and beta invite follow-ups.
What we’re looking for
- • Strong communication skills.
- • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- • Comfortable using web apps, email, Google Docs/Sheets, and social platforms.
- • Interest in relationships, community, safety, or digital wellbeing.
- • Discretion and respect for user privacy.
